In this edition (Volume 19, Number 2, the Year 2019), Sociae Polites focused on economic and environmental issues. Selina Tikau critically analyzed the effectiveness of Kredit Usaha Rakyat Berbasis Ekspor (KURBE). In her article titled "Effect of Export Improvement Policy through Export-Oriented Credit Business Programs on Export Growth of Micro Small Medium Enterprises in 2016," she found several challenges in expanding KURBE. She recommended promoting greater socialization and transparency of KURBE data. Della Junita Sari discussed Indonesia's economic diplomacy toward Australia in her article "The Role of Indonesia's Economic Diplomacy in the Dynamics of Indonesia's Relationship with Australia under the Leadership of Joko Widodo (2014-2016)." She argued that Indonesia needs to improve human resources and product quality to maximize the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic  Agreement.

Christin Sicilia Blandina Ansanay offered a critical examination on Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation Plus (REDD+) using a Central Kalimantan case study. She emphasized that Norway has helped Indonesia to implement REDD+ in Central Kalimantan. The article "Indonesia-Norway Cooperation to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions through REDD+ Schemes (Case Study: Forests of Central Kalimantan)" also discussed the challenges of REDD+ in Central Kalimantan. 

Fenny Maria Christien focused on "French Education Diplomacy in Indonesia via Joint Working Group Implementation." Florensia Stevany Hanna discussed "Syria's Defense and Security Policy in Addressing the Issue of Foreign Terrorist Fighters (Period 2011-2016)"
