Editorial & Peer Review Policy
- Editorial Policy
Our journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and scientific quality. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated based on their academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, without discrimination regarding the authors’ race, gender, religion, nationality, or institutional affiliation.
The editorial process includes:
- Initial Screening – All manuscripts undergo a scope check, format assessment, and plagiarism screening using plagiarism detection software.
- Assignment to Section Editors – Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements are assigned to a Section Editor for further evaluation.
- Peer Review Process – Manuscripts passing the editorial check are sent to at least two independent reviewers.
- Editorial Decision – Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief decides whether to Accept, Request Revisions, or Reject the manuscript.
- Final Check & Publication – Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting, layout editing, and proofreading before publication.
- Peer Review Process
The journal uses a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity and fairness in manuscript evaluation.
Reviewer Selection
- Reviewers are selected based on expertise, publication track record, and absence of conflicts of interest.
- All reviewers must declare no conflict of interest before accepting the review task.
Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts on the basis of:
- Relevance to the journal’s aims and scope
- Originality and significance of contribution
- Clarity and coherence of presentation
- Methodological soundness and accuracy of results
- Appropriateness of references and literature review
- Strength of conclusions supported by data
Review Procedure
- Manuscripts are sent to at least two independent reviewers.
- Reviewers provide written feedback and recommend one of the following:
- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Reject
- Authors must revise and resubmit according to reviewers’ comments within the given deadline.
- The revised manuscript may be sent back to reviewers for re-evaluation if necessary.
- Transparency & Review Standards
The journal ensures:
- List of Reviewers published at least once a year
- Publicly available review criteria and editorial policies
- Reviewers complete a non-conflict of interest statement
- Written review reports with clear recommendations for acceptance or rejection
- Confidentiality of all manuscript content and communications
- Review Timeline
- Initial decision: Within 2 weeks of submission
- Review period: 2–4 weeks per review cycle
- Final decision: Normally within 8–12 weeks from submission
- Publication Frequency
The journal is published three times a year (March, July, November). Each issue contains peer-reviewed articles in accordance with the above process.
- Ethical Standards
The journal follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines on best practices in scholarly publishing. Cases of plagiarism, data fabrication, unethical research practices, or conflicts of interest will result in manuscript rejection and possible blacklisting of authors.
