PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SUMATERA SPECIALTY COFFEES

THE EFFECT OF PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND FINANCIAL COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE WORK PRODUCTIVITY AT PT. SUMATERA SPECIALTY COFFEES

Abstract

These study aims to analyzing the effect of physical work environment and financials compensation on employee productivities at PT. Sumatera Specialty Coffees in Siborongborong, North Sumatra, using a quantitative associatives causal approached. The study populations consisted of 129 employee, with a sample of 70 respondent selecting through purposives sampling. Data were collecting through questionnaire and analyzing use multipled linear regressions with the software of SPSS versions 29. The result show that the physically work environments had a positive and significancy effects on work productivities, with a significancy value of 0.001 < 0.05. Financial compensations also had a positives and significancy effects with a significancy value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variable had a significancy effects on work productivities with an F-values of 30.901 and a significancy level of 0.001 < 0.05. The Adjust R² value of 0.564 indicating that the physically work environments and financially compensations explain 56% of the variations in employee work productivities, while the remaining 44% is influenced by factors outsides the scope of these studies, making improvements in working conditions and the provision of fair compensation key factors.
