Employee performance is the result of employee work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an individual employee in carry out his task in accordance with not quite enough answer Which given to him. This research uses quantitative research with the aim of seeing the influence of Work Motivation and Office Facilities on Employee Performance at the District Regional Personnel Agency. Boven Digoel. The method used to examine the data is the multiple regression analysis method. The results at the significant level for the Work Motivation variable (X1) are 0.0 < 0.05, meaning it is significant, while the t - table value is 2.034 t - count > t - table (14.363 > 2.034), meaning the Work Motivation variable has a positive effect and significant impact on employee performance at the District Regional Personnel Agency. The research results on the Office Facilities variable (X2) with a significant level of 0.108 < 0.05, which means it is significant and the t-table value is 2.034 t - count > t-table (1.653 < 2.034) means that Office Facilities have a significant but influential effect positive impact on the performance of district civil service agency employees. It is known that the simultaneous test has an f - calculated value of 195,901 while the f-table value is 3.29 so that f - calculated > f - table (195,901 > 3.29) and a significant value of 0.0 < 0.05 therefore Work Motivation and Facilities The office simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The adjusted R2 Coefficient of Determination value is 92.2%, which means Employee Performance and Employee Facilities and the remainder is 7.8%, namely the influence of additional variables not investigated in this research. The end of this research shows that to improve employee performance in organizations, organizations must pay attention to work motivation and office facilities so that employee performance improves, especially in the District Regional Civil Service Agency.
