Abstract

MSMEs in the culinary field such as Hobby Donut & Bakery face various risks that can disrupt business continuity, ranging from operational risks, product quality, to disruptions in key equipment. This research aims to identify and analyze the main risks faced by Hobby Donut & Bakery and evaluate their impact on financial, operational, reputational, and legal aspects. The method used is business impact analysis with a qualitative approach through observation and structured interviews with business owners. The results showed that oven damage and product quality failure were the risks with the greatest impact, potentially causing significant financial losses, reputational decline, and operational disruption. In addition, the risks of late delivery and payment constraints were also found but with lower impact. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of implementing mitigation strategies that focus on equipment maintenance and product quality monitoring, as well as the need to improve human resource competencies to minimize risks and maintain business sustainability.
