PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PDAM TIRTA BHAGASASI BEKASI CABANG KOTA

In this age of increasing internationalization, one of most important aspects of a business is its human resources. The development of business world is increasing rapidly, this is marked by an increasingly fierce level of competition. Therefore, for company that have the desire to win the competition must be able to improve service and maintain the performances of its employees. These type of researched is quantitative. The aim of quantitative research is to find out how two or more variables are related. The result of the research may be use to create a theory that can explain and predict a symptom. In this research, the variables are Job Training, Work Environments, Work Disciplines (independent variables), and employees performances (dependent variables). The result of multipled linears regression analyst show the equation Y 0.070 + 0.234 X1 + 0.126 X2 + 0.967X3 with a coefficient of determination of 0.968. This shows that the presentation of magnitude of the effects of job training assessment, work environment, work discipline on employee performances is 96.8%. The t tested on the job training assessment variable (X1) produces a tcount values of 3.934 ≥ ttable 2.012 with a significant values of 0.000 0.05, the work environment variable produces a tcount values of 2.957 ≥ 2.012 with a significant of 0.005 0.05, the discipline variable produces a tcount values of 14.759 ≥ 2.012 with significant 0.000 0.05. Furthermore, the f tested produces a Fcount values of 230.045 ≥ Ftable 2.80 with a significant values of 0.000 0.05. Base on the result of the research Base on the result of researched previously mentioned, the researcher can conclude that job training, work environments, and work disciplines has a significant, positive, and simultaneous effects on employees performances at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi Bekasi City Branch.
