THE INFLUENCE OF AWARDS AND POSITION PROMOTIONS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. SUSTAINABLE FOOD AWARD

Abstract

Implementing rewards can help foster and enhance good employee performance. In addition to the issues at hand, employers must work to satisfy the needs of their workforce in order to attract high-performing employees. The purpose of this quantitative study is to ascertain how employee performance at PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari is affected by awards and position promotions. 35 employees made up the study population. Questionnaires are used in data collection techniques. The multiple regressions analyst method is one of the data analyst methods used. The multiple regressions analyst method is one of the data analyst methods used. The research findings for the assigned variable (X1) at the significant level are 0.000 < 0.05, indicating significance, and the t table value is 2.037 t count > t table (7.098 > 2.037), indicating positive and substantial effects of the given variable on PT employees' performance. The Sustainable Food Award's job advancement variable (X2) has been found to be significant at the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The employee performance is negatively and significantly impacted by job promotion, as indicated by the t table value of 2.037 and the t count < t table (- 8.546 < 2.037). Anugerah Lestari Pangan. The test results indicate that the calculated f value is 41.473 concurrently with the f table value of 3.29; hence, the calculated f > f table (41.473 > 3.29) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.005, indicating that employee performances are positively and significantly impacted by rewards and promotions given concurrently.  The tailored coefficient of determination (R2), which has a value of 70.4%, indicates that employee performance is influenced by promotions and awards. Other influencing variables were not examined in this research. The findings of this study demonstrate that, in order to raise employee performance and retain them in the organization, particularly at PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari going forward, the company must offer awards to staff members and promote them.
