Women's involvement in the national economy is generally not formally recorded because it is concentrated in the informal sector, even though their role is crucial to family economic resilience. This study analyzes the effect of women's economic participation on family economic growth in Sukawening Village, Garut Regency, among the bottom 40% of the welfare ladder. A descriptive-verificative quantitative research method was applied to 73 women of productive age using purposive sampling. Data from validated questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and simple linear regression with the help of the R program. The results show that women contribute an average of 51.36% of family income (Rp 2,907,397 from Rp 5,971,253/month), transitioning from supplementary earners to co-breadwinners. A very strong relationship (r = 0.878; p < 0.001) with regression Ŷ = 1,036,000 + 1.675X (R² = 0.7712) confirmed that 77.12% of the variation in family income was explained by women's income with a multiplier effect. The positive perception of respondents (score 3.93/5) confirms the internalization of progressive gender values. The findings emphasize the strengthening of women's economic empowerment as an effective strategy to improve the economic resilience of rural families and encourage investment in the education and health of the next generation
