Edukasi Energi Terbarukan dan Kesadaran Iklim bagi Siswa SD Negeri Pulau Panggang 01 Pagi, Kepulauan Seribu

This community service programme aims to increase the understanding of renewable energy and climate awareness among students of SD Negeri 01 Pulau Panggang, Kepulauan Seribu. The background of this programme is based on the low knowledge of the community, especially elementary school students, about climate change and the importance of renewable energy. Panggang Island is a relevant location because the area is affected by climate change and limited access to education. The method used involves interactive games such as ‘Solar Environmental Puzzle’ and ‘Sensory Play’ to facilitate students' understanding of the concept of renewable energy. In addition, the results showed a significant increase in knowledge, as well as high enthusiasm from students and teaching staff in participating in the activities. The implication of this programme is the development of early environmental awareness and support for sustainable education in Kepulauan Seribu. This PkM was successful in conveying the concept of renewable energy with effective methods, having a positive impact on students and supporting sustainable development goals related to education and the environment.
