THE EFFECT OF TEAMWORK AND WORK MOTIVATION ON WORK ACHIEVEMENT OF EMPLOYEE SUB-GROUP OF EMPLOYMENT SECRETARIAT QUARANTINE AGENCY, MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
Abstrak
The archipelago is a country that is rich in human resources and resources in the natural environment. The existing industry in Indonesia has given rise to an increase in the industrial sector with conditions that allow for an increase in income. Resources that can increase state finances are the agricultural sector and garden products. Agricultural produce that produces finance starts from the cohesiveness of employees in carrying out work and always trying to make achievements. The purpose of this study is to find information related to cooperation and motivation by employees in outstanding work in the Staffing Sub Group of the Secretariat of the Quarantine Agency of the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Agriculture. This study had 30 respondents and the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and processing the data using the Linear Regression Analysis method. The findings in this study are that teamwork has a significant positive impact on employee performance worth tcount (2.088 > ttsbel (0.3610) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on work performance with a significance value of tcount (1.167) > ttable ( 0.3610) and a significant number of 0.003 <0.05.Teamwork with work motivation has a significant positive impact on work performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
