ANALYSIS OF FACTORS INFLUENCING EDUCATION AND TRAINING MANAGEMENT (DIKLAT) AT ATMAJAYA FOOTBALL SCHOOL (SSB) DEPOK, WEST JAVA

Abstract

Football is the most popular sport in Indonesia. For Indonesia to have qualified players, it is essential to have a good education and training (diploma). Therefore, the researchers chose the SSB Atmajaya Depok to look at the factors that influence the management of the Atmajaya SSB. The study analyze for information about the factors influencing football management at Atmajaya Football School (SSB) in Depok, West Java. The research method in this essay uses a qualitative research method with three informants, consisting of coaches at SSB Atmajaya. The results of this study showed that the trainers have already provided training programs following the vision and mission of SSB Atmajaya, students have different backgrounds, programs given following the Indonesian Football Philosophy (Filanesia), the means and practices at SSB Atmajaya are complete and valuable , as well as the funding (funds) that SSB Attmajaya owns is the source of the student's income. Then the advice that the writer can give is expected to add a trainer or an assistant trainer. Then it is also advised to seek donations or sponsorships so as not only to rely on the resources of the student's contributions.
