Abstract

Employee performance is an assessment of an employee's ability to carry out tasks in accordance with organizational goals. Several factors influence employee performance, but this research is limited to organizational culture and organizational commitment. The aim of the research is to find out how organizational culture and organizational commitment relate to employee performance. The research was carried out at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia by taking a sample of 30 employees. Testing was carried out using Pearson Product Moment analysis and data processing was carried out using the SPSS program. The research results found that there is a strong relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee performance within the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia.
