Abstract

Pendidikan agama Kristen di era digital menghadapi krisis spiritualitas, ditandai oleh burnout, hilangnya makna, dan sekularisasi. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan Avodah sebagai kerangka yang mengintegrasikan ibadah, kerja, dan pembelajaran untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Avodah membangun ekologi spiritual holistik, menghubungkan iman dengan praktik profesional sekaligus membina karakter dan tanggung jawab etis peserta didik dan pendidik. Studi ini menelaah reinterpretasi Avodah, perannya dalam mengatasi krisis spiritualitas, serta penerapan praktisnya di dalam pendidikan agama Kristen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Avodah memperkuat desain kurikulum, meningkatkan etos kerja pendidik, dan menumbuhkan budaya kampus berbasis pelayanan, mentoring, dan pembelajaran berbasis karakter. Implementasi Avodah menjadikan pendidikan bermakna, berintegritas, dan mendukung pertumbuhan spiritual, mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi kompleksitas masyarakat kontemporer
