This study aims to investigate the impact of invisible work environment and skills on employees' intention to change jobs at PT Hexing Technology. Utilizing a quantitative approach on 50 participants through a survey, information was processed using SPSS version 30. The results showed that neither the non-physical workplace situation nor skills had a significant influence on the intention to change careers. The non-physical work environment had a negative impact, while competencies had a positive impact, but both had no significant effect. Overall, the two variables only contributed 1.3% to the intention to change jobs, while 98.7% was influenced by other factors not studied. The study concluded that the non-physical work environment and competence are not the main factors causing intention to change jobs. It is recommended that companies evaluate other factors such as reward policies, career opportunities, and job satisfaction. This study also provides an opportunity for further research with more appropriate variables.
