Abstract

This study is a quantitative studies that aim to determining the Influences of Organizational Cultures and Organizational Commitments on Employee Performances at RSIA RINOVA INTAN. The data sources use is primally data obtain through the distribution of research questionnaires to 36 respondents using purposive sampling. The independent variable consists of Organizational Cultures and Organizational Commitments, while dependent variable is Employee Performances. The analyst use in these studies includes validity tested, reliability tested, classical assumption tested, t tested, F tested, simple linear regression analyst, multiple linear regression analyst, and Determination Coefficients (R ^ 2). The results of studies at a significancy level (1) the Organizational Cultures variable (X1) is 0.000 <0.05 with a calculate t value> t table (5.552> 1.69092) meaning that Organizational Cultures has a partial significancy effects on Employee Performances. (2) the level of significancy of Organizational Commitments (X2) is 0.001 < 0.05 with a calculate t value > t table (3.650 > 1.69092) meaning that Organizational Commitments has a partial significancy effects on Employee Performances. The Determination Coefficients Value (R^2) is 85.3% and the rest is influencing by another variable not include in this studied. Commitments has a partial significancy effects on Employee Performances. The Determination Coefficients Value (R^2) is 85.3% and the rest is influencing by another variable not include in this studied.
