Keywords:
Green economy, sustainable campus, campus environmentAbstract
This community service activity aimed to foster ecological awareness among students of Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) through concrete actions in supporting the green economy. The program was conducted on June 14, 2025, at the UKI campus area, focusing on planting Moringa oleifera trees and removing nails from damaged tree trunks. The implementation method included a brief lecture by the supervising lecturer, tree planting, and tree maintenance activities. The results showed that participants responded positively, both in terms of knowledge and attitude. Direct interaction with nature encouraged moral reflection, ecological awareness, and theological understanding of human responsibility as stewards of God’s creation. Evaluation highlighted the need for improved time discipline, better communication, and a more balanced distribution of tasks. Overall, this activity contributed to the sustainability of the campus environment while enhancing the psychological well-being of the academic community.
