ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HOTS SAINS DI SMP

Abstract

Entering the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0, the challenge of

science education at the junior high school (SMP) level is no longer merely the transfer

of knowledge, but rather the development of higher order thinking skills (HOTS).

However, the integration of digital technology as a learning medium is often not aligned

with the demands of HOTS indicators, which include the ability to analyze (C4), evaluate

(C5), and create (C6). It is hoped that learning media that rely on digital media can

improve the much needed high order skills (HOTS). Current needs analysis is crucial to

improve students' digital literacy, which is currently still low.
