Kinerja Perseroan Terbatas Bergantung pada kontribusi beberapa komponen, baik itu karyawan, staf, manajer, hingga cleaning service. Semua pihak ini harus bersinergi untuk mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Pihak yang diberi tugas dan wewenang sebagai pengurus di Perseroan adalah Direksi. Direksi adalah organ Perseroan yang bertugas mewakili Perseroan di dalam dan di luar pengadilan. Direksi merupakan pihak yang mengendalikan pengurusan perusahaan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Yang berhak mengangkat dan atau sewaktu-waktu memberhentikan Direksi adalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham dengan menyebutkan alasannya. Namun yang menjadi pertanyaan, apakah Direksi berhak mendapatkan hak pesangon atau hak lainnya berdasarkan UU Ketenagakerjaan? Apakah Direksi tunduk pada UU Ketenagakerjaan?

Abstract
The performance of a limited liability company depends on the contribution of several components, be it employees, staff, managers, to cleaning services. All of these parties must work together to realize the company’s goals. The party who is given the task and authority as management in the Company is the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is the Company’s organ in charge of representing the Company inside and outside the court. The Board of Directors is the party that controls the management of the company in daily activities. The right to appoint and or dismiss the Board of Directors at any time is the General Meeting of Shareholders by stating the reasons. But the question is, are the Directors entitled to severance pay or other rights under the Manpower Act? Does the Board of Directors comply with the Manpower Act?
