The sample was determined as many as 40 respondents consisting of tellers, customer service, marketing, operators and branch heads. Researchers used saturated sampling techniques that include internal communication variables, work motivation, and employee performance. The analysis method used is a descriptive analysis of respondents, the data description includes correlation test analysis, while the correlation test used is a spearman rank correlation test. The research method used was to quantify the population of all accounting firm employees in Jakarta, and since the population cannot be known, the sampling technique of Rao Purba was used. The sampling technique in this study used a no-probability sampling technique of randomly drawing a sample of 96 per 100 respondents. The analytical technique used was simple linear regression. The results show that the internal control system has a significant positive impact on audit quality. The conclusion is that the Jakarta audit company's internal control system can improve the audit quality well and harmoniously. The type of research used is quantitative. The object of this research is Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Training, and Employee Performance. The population is 50 people, then the entire population will be sampled as many as 50 employees at PT Dua Eight Ayoda. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination hypothesis test, T test and F test. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study uses regression testing and model testing (Coefficient of determination R square) and SPSS 25. The results of this study are high work discipline can improve employee performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline high can improve employee performance indicated by a significant value &lt;0.05; df = n-3 = 50-2 = 48, then Ha is accepted. High motivation can improve employee performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda, so there is a significant effect between work motivation on employee performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda, indicated by a significant value &lt;0.05; df = n-3 = 50-2 = 48, then Ha is accepted. Optimal Job Training can improve Employee Performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda, then there is a significant effect between Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda indicated by a significant value &lt;0.05; df = n-2 = 50-2 = 48, then Ha is accepted and there is a significant overall effect between Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda. Academic achievement is a term to show an achievement or level of success related to a goal as a result of learning efforts that have been carried out by someone optimally. Achievement of student academic achievement can be influenced by internal and external aspects of each individual. To achieve maximum learning goals, one of the most influential aspects is the motivation to learn and also the learning environment. The following research aims to see how the influence of learning motivation and learning environment on academic achievement. The following research uses quantitative methods. The place where this research was carried out was at the Indonesian Christian University. In this study, data collection used questionnaires which were distributed to narasumberts. The sample in this study was 20 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business batch 2018 and 2019. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, partial statistical test (t test), and F test. Members are less motivated in training, Members' organizational commitment is low, the authors hope UKOM UKI students can improve quality both individually and as a team according to predetermined targets. This testing mode uses a causal association mode, then it is carried out quantitatively. The causal association mode is a test that is used to measure facts to what extent is related between one variable or several variables. A causal relationship is a relationship that affects the cause. Organizational commitment and motivation have a good influence on the OCB members of the UKOM UKI football organization. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are effects and causes between commitment, motivation, to OCB, especially at UKOM UKI football. It is known that simultaneously commitment has a significant effect on OCB, tcount ˃ ttable is 6.218˃ 2.048 with a significance level of 0.05% &lt;5% . The tipe of research used in quantitative research. This quantitative research method aims to determine the effect between the independet variable and the dependet variable. The pupulation of this study are all members of the UFO Community of Tebet Jakarta, totaling 38 drivers. The sample taken is the entire population, namely 38 drivers. The result showed that based on the partial test result, the effect of motivation on driver performance was obtained tcount (3.251) &gt; ttable (2.028), with a significant level of 0.001 &lt; 0.05. The value of 3.251 is greater than 2.028, indicating that tcount is greater than ttable. From these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted (Hois rejected). This shows that there is a significant influence between motivation and driver performance. Based on the partial test results, the effect of incentives on driver performance is obtained tcount (4.656) &gt; ttable (2.028) with a significant level of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. The value of 4.656 is greater than 2.028, indicating that tcount is greater than ttable. From these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted (Ho is rejected).
