<p>The principal has an important role in improving the performance of his teachers. The results of preliminary observations found that principals are authoritarian by making decisions without involving teachers. Gives a bad impression to subordinates who later builds a culture that affects the teacher's performance. This type of research is quantitative using a survey method with a correlation approach, related to the purpose for"examining the influence of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance in junior high schools in Nias"West. Teachers of State Junior High Schools in West Nias which constitute the study population by taking a sample of certified teachers spread across 38 schools. The influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance based on the results of the study was 17.5%, the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance was 16% and the influence of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance was 20.6%. for other reasons.</p>Soziduhu GuloBernadetha NadeakHotner Tampubolon

<p>Undergraduate thesis guidance is one of the most difficult times that all students who wish to complete their studies at college have to go through. The difficulties faced by students include students not writing clearly suggestions from the supervisor, irregular meeting times, and lack of motivation in completing theses. Qualitative descriptive research aims to describe the benefits of using the development book of undergraduate thesis consultant in solving the guidance problems that occur in students. This research was conducted for 6 weeks during basic training activities in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) study program. This research was conducted on 144 students who were conducting undergraduate thesis guidance activities by taking 3 students as research subjects. The data collection technique was done by interviewing. The results of this study indicate that the use of the development book of undergraduate thesis consultant can help students in writing clearly suggestions for improvement, the scheduling of the counseling meeting, and increasing student motivation in completing the undergraduate thesis.</p>Radiusman RadiusmanSukardi SukardiAhmad Helmi

<p>This paper is the result of research on the Samin Community Education Model in Ngawen Hamlet, Sukolilo, Pati. They do not send their children to formal schools. Their decision not to send their children to formal schools was motivated by the history of the Samin Suronsentiko movement against Dutch colonialism. In their collective memory, there is a memory that the Dutch are smart but their intelligence is used to fool others. Another reason why they do not send their children to formal schools is that there is an obligation for their children to attend lessons in other religions that are not their beliefs. How does the education of the Samin community compare to Romo Mangun's vision of true learning that is liberating and contextual, not limited by time and space and is carried out throughout life. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The main data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data collection is done through literature study. <p>Salah satu sensor utama yang terdapat dalam sebuah telepon adalah microphon, pada smartphone android dengan menggunakan aplikasi tertentu dengan memanfaatkan microphone maka dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kebisingan. Pada penelitian ini sebuah smartphone android digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kebisingan di Lingkungan Kantin Universitas Kristen Indonesia dengan lima macam aplikasi pengukur tingkat kebisingan. Praktikum pengukuran tingkat kebisingan ini merupakan bagian dari matakuliah Fisika Gelombang khususnya pada materi gelombang bunyi. <p>Motivasi berprestasi dan skala penilaian mempengaruhi prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi seseorang, maka semakin tinggi prestasi akademiknya, dan semakin tepat skala penilaian ditetapkan dan digunakan untuk mengukur prestasi akademik mahasiswa, semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa dan skala penilaian yang digunakan oleh program studi MPAK UKI angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode campuran (<em>mixed method</em>) atau kombinasi penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya adalah motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa di Program Studi MPAK UKI angkatan 2018 dan 2019 adalah sangat tinggi, yang dipengaruhi oleh cita-cita, iman pada Tuhan, kesadaran diri, dukungan lingkungan, fasilitas belajar, dan profesionalisme dosen. Dengan mengetahui hal ini, Prodi dapat terus meningkatkan layanan akademis dengan berfokus pada pencapaian pembelajaran sesuai dengan profil yang ditetapkan. Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap skala penilaian yang digunakan Prodi MPAK UKI adalah sangat tinggi. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>: Quality education can provide many benefits if implemented properly. To ensure the implementation of quality national education, in 2016 Indonesia began implementing a teacher and community empowerment program through KIAT Guru. The implementation of the KIAT program was not comprehensive in Indonesia, West Kalimantan and East Nusa Tenggara Provinces were chosen as the KIAT Guru working areas for the 2016-2019 period and have been extended to over the next several years. Using survey and literature methods, this paper aims to see the implementation of KIAT Guru in Golo Terong Catholic elementary schools. In general, the implementation has followed the design that has been developed although there are weaknesses that need to be fixed so that it can be implemented properly in the future. <p><em>Covid-19 pandemic causes very significant changes by making physical and social distancing regulations. Changes occur mainly in the field of education which makes the learning system in schools implement online learning. Through this research, researchers conducted an analysis of the implementation of online learning of high school students during the co-19 pandemic period. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of online learning during the co-19 pandemic period. Te research was conducted using a questionnaire online. Based on the data it was found that 50% of respondents stated that they had never used online learning media before the enactment of online learning, 78% implementation of online learning was carried out according to school schedules, 28% of students could understand when taught online, 25% giving feedback when starting lessons (pre test) and end (post test), 78% of students take online learning, 81% of learning activities are carried out using video/youtube/ percentage recording, 78% use of smartphone as a medium used to access learning and online learning platforms that the most widely used during this pandemic is classroom, which was chosen by 38% of respondents. <p>Tujuan yang dicapai pada penelitian ini, yakni: 1). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Kupang; dan 2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari motivasi berprestasi terhadap kedisiplinan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Kupang.</p> <p>Maka hasil yang diperoleh adalah: 1). Hasil analisis korelasi terbukti bahwa semua variabel bebas yaitu variabel Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X<sub>1</sub>) dan variabel Motivasi berprestasi (X<sub>2</sub>) mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Disiplin (Y) guru-guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang ada pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Kupang. Nilai signifikansi dari masing-masing variabel bebas hádala sebagai berikut: Variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X<sub>1</sub>) nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,554, dan Variabel Motivasi Berprestasi (X<sub>2</sub>) nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,629; 2). Hasil analisis regresi terbukti bahwa diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda dan pengaruh significan dari masing-masing variabel bebas sebagai berikut : Variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X<sub>1</sub>) persamaan regresi linier berganda dan pengaruh signifikansinya sebesar 0,417, dan Variabel Motivasi Berprestasi (X<sub>2</sub>) persamaan regresi linier berganda dan pengaruh signifikansinya sebesar 0,582; dan 3). Secara keseluruhan sumbangan dari kedua variabel bebas yaitu variabel Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X<sub>1</sub>) dan variabel Motivasi berprestasi (X<sub>2</sub>) dalam penelitian ini terhadap Disiplin para guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang ada pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Kupang sebesar 56,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,9% diterangkan atau dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam model penelitian ini, seperti kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga, kompensasi, latar belakang budaya kerja seseorang, fasilitas, lingkungan kerja, kesejahteraan dan lain sebagainya.</p>Jonathan Leobisa

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there are factors that are interrelated with the employment rate of high school graduates during the Covid-19 pandemic. These factors include ability factors, academic factors, and needs factors. This study uses a quantitative exploratory research method. The population in this study were students of class XII SMKN Putra Nasional Cibodas Lembang with a sample of 20 students. Data analysis was performed by statistical analysis test t-paired test. From the results of data analysis, it was found that: 1) academic factors were not related to ability factors, 2) academic factors were not related to needs, and 3) ability factors were not related to needs factors. <p>Evaluation is needed for physical education lectures at IAIN Salatiga. The purpose of this study is the performance education of physical education lecturers at IAIN Salatiga on pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies. This research method is descriptive quantitative research with a survey approach using an online questionnaire. The population of this study was IAIN Salatiga students who attended physical education lectures in the odd semester of 2020/2021. The sample of this study was 114 students who were selected using the simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the level of pedagogical competence of physical education lecturers at IAIN Salatiga in the excellent category was 34.2%, 61.4% good, and 4.4% sufficient. For professional competence in the excellent category, the number was 39.5%, 53.5% good, and 7.0% sufficient. Furthermore, personality competence in the excellent category was 25.4%, 65.8% good, and 8.8% sufficient. As for the social competence in the excellent category was 18.4%, 72.8% good, and 8.8% sufficient. This research concludes that physical education lecturers at IAIN Salatiga are in good categories for pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies with a mean value of 63.38%. <p><em>This study aims to determine the relationship and the magnitude of the provision of strengthening learning through online by PAK lecturers with learning motivation among undergraduete students in IAKN Tarutung. This research was conducted by using inferential quantitative research. The population of this study was the forth semester of IAKN Tarutung. The total number of the students was 196 students. In order to determine the sample, the stratified random sampling was used to select that were 49 students as participants involved. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire with a total of 40 items. The data of the study were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques with the following steps: (1) The relationship test found that r<sub>count</sub>> r<sub>tabel</sub> is 0.673> 0.266. It showed that there is a positive relationship between reinforcement with the learning motivation of IAKN Tarutung students, (2) The significant test of the relationship shows that t<sub>count</sub>> t<sub>table</sub> is 6.691> 2,000. It showed that there is a significant relationship between giving reinforcement of online learning and learning motivation. <p>This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. Sampling was carried out by total sampling technique, where 23 students class IX-A as the experimental class and class IX-B as many as 20 as the control class. The instrument used was a learning outcome test. The design of this study used a nonequivalent control group design. The research data were analyzed using the variant test to test homogeneity, and the t test to test the hypothesis. The t test results obtained t<sub>count</sub> = 2.2933 while the price t<sub>table</sub> = 2.01954. Because -2.01954 <t<sub>count</sub> <2.01954, which means reject Ho and accept Ha. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis alasan mengapa mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Muria Kudus tetap saja merokok, padahal mereka sudah melihat bahaya merokok yang terdapat pada setiap kemasan rokok dan mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa perokok PGSD FKIP Universitas Muria Kudus mengenai gambar peringatan bahaya merokok yang terdapat pada setiap kemasan rokok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di gedung L PGSD Universitas Muria Kudus, dengan mengambil informan penelitian mahasiswa PGSD yang merokok dari semester 3, semester 5, dan semester 7. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi terus terang atau tersamar, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data tahapan persepsi Alo Liliweri yaitu stimulation, organization, interpretation dan evaluation, memory, dan recall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informan mengetahui dengan jelas peringatan yang terdapat pada kemasan rokok, serta memahami makna yang terkandung dalam peringatan bahaya rokok, akan tetapi para mahasiswa perokok mengiraukan peringatan bahaya tersebut. Karena mereka belum benar-benar melihat secara nyata orang yang terkena penyakit akibat merokok, apabila yang ditampilkan hanya gambar saja maka para mahasiswa menyepelekan gambar tersebut dan beranggapan bahwa gambar tersebut terlalu mengada-ngada dan hanya menakut-nakuti para perokok. <p>This paper contains the obstacles / constraints of parents who act as teachers at home during covid-19. The purpose of the results of this study is to find out more about the problems felt by parents when accompanying children to study at home. Related to the purpose of this study, the effective way of researchers using this type of research is descriptive qualitative type, through interview techniques followed by reducing data and conclusions. In extracting data from this study the researcher was able to produce and show a general picture experienced by parents (respondents) in accompanying children who were unable to study at home during the Covid-19 period, this was extraordinary by draining high anger appetite in a fairly frequent time span. , quota limitations, even parents, especially mothers, are very complaining about the learning given virtually (youtube,) and the results of the provided material such as the Google Class Room followed by evaluations and assignments, this is what raises the anxiety of parents at all. do not understand the material being taught that is delivered via virtual, especially mathematics in grade VI. This needs to be examined together when the current emergency condition is requested for policy makers so that educators, especially for elementary school children, with learning at home do not focus on heavy tasks. This has resulted in the anxiety and confusion of parents whose education cannot be equated with today's world, where it is very difficult to use technology (learning media) such as using Android phones, gadgets. <p>In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities were carried out online. Various difficulties faced by the teacher in delivering material in learning, especially in biology which there are science process skills. Therefore, this research was conducted to make a product and test the feasibility of a biology learning module based on science process skills on the circulatory system by collecting data in the form of a questionnaire. In this development research using ADDIE model. The result of the questionnaire on the analysis of media needs, material experts, and users, namely teachers and students, were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the result of the assessment by material expert and media expert that the biology learning module based on science process skills on the circulatory system material is valid. Then based on the assessment by practitional expert, the module is quite valid. <p><em>The objectives to be achieved in this study, namely: 1). To find out the Principal's performance in developing facilities and infrastructure for educators at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School; and 2). To find out the performance of the School Committee in developing the facilities and infrastructure of educators at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School. This study uses a qualitative method approach, which leads to case study research.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study are: 1). Regarding the leadership of the principal include: a). think of support from other parties so that further sustainability can be carried out effectively and efficiently; b). The principal as the implementer of infrastructure development at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School should be good at providing, planning and facilitating; c). The controller of the development of infrastructure in the State 1 Vocational High School Kupang where the principal is the top controlling leader who determines the key to the success of the school to achieve the objectives, and control at the Kupang 1 State Vocational High School is a process to continuously observe the implementation of work plans that have been prepared make corrections to irregularities in the development of the pre-existing facilities that occurred. Whereas those relating to the leadership of the school committee include: a). advisory agency in managing school facilities and infrastructure; b). Supporting agency in the management of school facilities and facilities; c). The controlling agency in the management of school facilities and infrastructure was realized in the participation of the school committee in the Keuanan Asli School Plan drafting meeting, directly checking the condition of facilities and infrastructure in the school and always being directly involved in the process of eliminating facilities and infrastructure; d). Mediator in managing school facilities and infrastructure; and e). Improving the quality of school facilities and infrastructure certainly cannot be separated from the obstacles faced. <p>Increasing interest in teaching will have an impact on increasing students' interest in learning. Educators' interest as subjects and objects in the learning process is the key to success in achieving educational goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between classroom management and educators' emotional intelligence on increasing interest in teaching. There were 75 samples randomly selected from 79 educators at Saint Peter using the Hair et al. Method, from the number of indicators x 5. The method used was descriptive. quantitative. Data obtained from filling out a questionnaire of 20 statements from each variable, namely the class management variable (X<sub>1</sub>) there are 5 indicators, the teacher's emotional intelligence variable (X<sub>2</sub>) has 5 indicators, the teaching interest variable (Y) has 5 indicators. Data analysis techniques using simple correlation and multiple correlation.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the first hypothesis the results indicate a positive and significant relationship between class management and interest in teaching with a correlation coefficient of ry<sub>1</sub> = 0.824 with a regression model Ŷ = 8,202 + 0.824 X<sub>1</sub>, tcount 15,354 is greater than t table = 1.992 and the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) = 0.764 . The second hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the emotional intelligence of educators and the interest in teaching with the correlation coefficient ry<sub>2</sub> = 0.443 with a regression model Ŷ = 31.691 + 0.443 X<sub>2</sub>, tcount 6.434 is greater than t table = 1.992 and the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) = 0.362. The third hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between classroom management and educators' emotional intelligence on teaching interest with a correlation coefficient of ry <sub>1.2</sub> = 0.823 with a regression model Ŷ = 6.817 + 0.758X<sub>1</sub> + 0.086 X<sub>2</sub>, Fcount 122.082 is greater than Ftable = 3.124.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thus the classroom management and emotional intelligence variables of educators have a strong influence on increasing interest in teaching by 76.6% while the remaining 23.4% is influenced by other variables outside the research.</p> <p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>interest in teaching, classroom management, emotional intelligence</em></p> <p> </p>Triani Adapari MarcellaManahan P. <p>The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment and media such as smartphones by utilizing Internet technology has been carried out in many higher education institutions. The purpose of this study was to identify students' perceptions of smartphone use. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative on 105 respondents who are students of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ichsan Gorontalo. Interviews were conducted online with the help of Google Form with the use of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) lens, namely perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU). The results of this study indicate that among students, smartphones are much more popular than computers or laptops. Students are quite positive about smartphones, which is indicated by positive perceptions of smartphone usability and ease of use. <p><em>his research was conducted to measure the extent to which teachers understand education in the 4.0 era for special needs and disabilities and how the efforts of inclusive schools in providing accessibility to education era 4.0 for special needs and disabilities. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources include observation, observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation. The informants of this study were teachers and educators and education staff in four inclusive public elementary schools in Bekasi. From this study, it was found that not all teachers understood education with special needs in the education era 4.0.
