Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to see how the Implementation of PAK Teachers' Tasks as a Shepherd in improving the Moral Value of SMK GKPI 2 Pematangsiantar students. Data analysis conducted in the hypothesis research is Pearson product moment correlation with data collection tools is a questionnaire for Variable X (Implementation of PAK Teacher Task as a Shepherd) and Y Variable (Moral Value of students). To find out the extent of the Implementation of the Task of PAK Teachers as a Shepherd in increasing students' Moral Values, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Statistical Test was used. From the test results obtained by testing the correlation (r) 0.46 with a test of determination of 21.16% and to find out whether or not the correlation coefficient is significant at the real level (α) = 0.05, the "t" test is carried out with the test criteria if the tcount obtained from the calculation is greater (>) from t table at a significant level of 1 - 0.05 with dk = n - 2 then the hypothesis is accepted and in other cases rejected. From the test results obtained tcount> ttable (4.11> 1.67), then the hypothesis is accepted. Thus it can be said that a significant influence between the Implementation of the Task of PAK Teachers as a Shepherd in Increasing the Moral Value of SMK GKPI 2 Pematangsiantar Students.
