EFIKASI DAN KEAMANAN TERAPI HIPERIMUNOGLOBULIN CYTOMEGALOVIRUS TERHADAP KEJADIAN INFEKSI KONGENITAL HUMAN CYTOMEGALOVIRUS
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Infeksi cytomegalovirus pada kehamilan dapat menyebabkan cmv kongenital. Terapi hyerimmunoglobulin human Cytomegalovirus (CMV) bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi vertikal kepada janin yang menyebabkan kongenital cmv, Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis untuk mengetahui khasiat hyperimmunoglobulin dengan meninjau parameter hasil. Metode: Tinjauan literatur sistematis yang mengikuti pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Hasil: Melalui pencarian data di Pubmed, Science Direct, dan Cochrane menggunakan kata kunci 'Therapy' 'Pregnancy' 'Pregnant' 'Cytomegalovirus' ‘Treatment’, didapatkan 230 artikel. Kemudian dilakukan seleksi, terdapat 52 artikel yang tereklusi, Review artikel sebanayak 43, case control studies sebanyak 30, cohort studies sebanyak 35, dan observational studies sebanyak 71 artikel, sehingga didapatkan 2 jurnal yang memnuhi kriteria iklusi. Kesimpulan sebanyak 30% dan 35,6% kejadian kongenital CMV pada kelompok ibu yang diberikan HIG, dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol yaitu sebesar 44%.
