C. ternatea belongs to the Fabaceae family of leguminous plants and is the world's most prominent family of flowering plants. C. ternatea contains a lot of blue pigments or cyanos known as anthocyanins. These dyes have great potential as alternative dyes to replace methylene blue and are potential blood cell dyes. This study aimed to examine the potential of the anthocyanin content in the butterfly pea flower infusion as a natural differential dye for erythrocytes and leukocytes. This research method is descriptive in nature, in which the results of making cytological preparations in the form of capillary smears of human blood are stained with butterfly pea flower infusion at a concentration of 10%. The stained spots were then observed using a light microscope at 400x magnification. The colouring results of butterfly pea flowers were compared with a standard dye, Giemsa dye. The results showed that a 10% concentration of butterfly pea flowers stained erythrocytes but did not stain leukocytes well, while Giemsa's staining significantly stained well. The results also showed that butterfly pea flower infusion could only differentiate stained erythrocytes and unstained leukocytes but could not differentiate the types of leukocytes. Further research can be carried out by extracting anthocyanins from butterfly pea flowers and fractionating them to isolate single anthocyanin compounds that can potentially be dyed.
Fajar Husen, Nur Aini Hidayah Khasanah Copyright (c) 2023 Fajar Husen, Nur Aini Hidayah Khasanah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.uki.ac.id/index.php/edumatsains/article/view/4419 Mon, 31 Jul 2023 00:00:00 +0000 ANALISIS MOTIVASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA SMA KETIKA KEMBALI BELAJAR TATAP MUKA http://ejournal.uki.ac.id/index.php/edumatsains/article/view/4576
Abstract
This study aims to find the motivation to learn mathematics at high school (SMA) students when they return to face-to-face learning at school. In its implementation, the current Merdeka Curriculum still has obstacles regarding the availability of incomplete teaching materials, especially in Phase F chemistry learning. This study aims to develop and determine the level of validity of teaching materials on molecular shapes so that they can support the Merdeka Curriculum in Phase F chemistry learning SMA / MA. Teaching materials were developed based on the Plomp model developed by Tjeerd Plomp. There are 3 stages, namely initial investigation, prototype development, and assessment. Data were collected through primary data derived from the results of interviews, validity, and practicality. The results of individual interviews with students show that teaching materials have attracted the attention of students, the results of validity derived from 5 UNP chemistry lecturers obtained a score v = 0.82 with a valid category, while the results of practicality derived from 2 teachers of SMAN 2 Padang obtained a score NP = 88% and and 9 students obtained a score NP = 95% so that both are categorized as very practical. Based on this, this teaching material is suitable for use to support the Merdeka Curriculum. Teaching materials are expected to be a solution for teachers in carrying out chemistry learning in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum to create students who have critical thinking, careness and complex problem solving skills.
Farras Aulia Sugria, Mawardi Mawardi, Fajar Isnaeni Copyright (c) 2023 Farras Aulia Sugria https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.uki.ac.id/index.php/edumatsains/article/view/4918 Fri, 11 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 73 JAKARTA http://ejournal.uki.ac.id/index.php/edumatsains/article/view/5100
Education plays an important role in the development of science and technology by creating skilled human resources. As an educator, a teacher must be cool and service-oriented to children at school. Because the teacher's social status should not be considered as the cause of educational development, because it is in their hands that the nation's children will be educated and educated to maturity. Therefore the government must seriously prepare reliable and professional teachers who also understand the character of students and are anti-violence. However, it should also be remembered that the role of parents in transforming their children into human beings who care about the environment, upholding human and ethical values is also very important. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, this method was chosen because it aims to determine how to find, collect, process, and analyze data from the results of the research. Anti-violence education is not only the responsibility of the government or educational institutions, but also the responsibility of all members of society. Collaboration and participation of various parties is the key in creating a safe and peaceful environment for all individuals. By prioritizing non-violence education, we can build a society that is more dignified, full of respect and appreciates differences. In this way, we can achieve our common goal of creating a more just and peaceful world for present and future generations.

Winna Clara Shinta Copyright (c) 2023 Winna Clara Shinta https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.uki.ac.id/index.php/edumatsains/article/view/5105 Fri, 11 Aug 2023 08:12:50 +0000 PENERAPAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA : SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE http://ejournal.uki.ac.id/index.php/edumatsains/article/view/4834
Problem-based learning (PBL) is one of the learning models used in learning mathematics.
