Study was compiled by FETRANDO SAKTI KASIH HARAHAP with the title "WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES KOPERASI MAKMUR MANDIRI" This research study was completed after carrying out a 2-month study at the selected location. The purpose of the researchers conducting this study is to facilitate problem solving in the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative related to employees. This research study was conducted to find information related to the state of the work environment and work motivation to produce employee performance at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative. The data in this research study were collected using a questionnaire. The deductive method and the inductive method are the methods used to write this study. The Makmur Mandiri Cooperative is the location for the researchers to carry out this study. The findings of this research study are that there is a significant relationship between work environment and work motivation on employee performance in the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative. Employee performance at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative can increase the quality and profits of its business.

The purpose of this research is to understand how the relevance of organizational culture and satisfaction in work on the performance produced by employees at PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol. The nature of this study is quantitative while the use of data is through distributing questionnaires to respondents, totaling 53 employees as a sample, then utilizing secondary data by looking at company profiles, as well as supporting journals. in the analysis the Non-parametric statistics are used. according to the SPSS 24 software while the hypothesis aims to be able to see the relevance of the variables that refer to spearmen's rank correlation analysis and the t test.

The determination of the value of 0.000 is so small compared to 0.05 this indicates a rejection of H0. Then there is acceptance of Ha which indicates the great relevance of culture within the organization to support the level of performance produced by employees. based on the organizational culture correlation value of 0.774, this means that the correlation is positive. Human resources (HR) are an important asset for the company. Therefore, quality human resources are needed by companies, especially in industrials era 4.0 as it is today. Many companies are competing to obtain human resources with good quality in order to compete. However, companies or organizations also play an important role in creating quality and competent human resources so that good organizational management is needed in order to maintain organizational life, both long and short term. In the course of an organization or company various kinds of problems will arise as happened in the Gravy Auto Workshop which faces the problem that employees are not comfortable with the work environment and are less motivated in carrying out their work, employees who are not enthusiastic about carrying out task for which they are responsible. The attitude of these employees reflects that employees still lack motivation in carrying out their work. Because of these problems, researchers are interested in examining what causes employee work discomfort, by assessing Work Motivation and then associating it with the OCB of Gravy Auto Workshop employees based on the background above. The purpose of researcher in conducting this research was to find out and prove whether work environments and work motivation have a relationship with organization citizenship behavior (OCB). These studies use a quantitative approached, namely an approached that using data analyst in form of number or numbers in collecting basic data. Collecting data in these studies use a survey method by distributing questionnaire to Gravy Auto Workshop employees using hierarchical theory on work environment variables. Hierarchical theory by Abraham H Maslow on work motivation variables and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) theory. Test result use SPSS 26.0 shows that there is a significancy relationships between work environments and work motivations on OCB. When tested partially the relationship proved significant. Because it is feasible means that work environments and work motivations are important factors in increasing OCB.

These studies aim to determining effects of deferred tax expense, Free Cashes Flow and Profitabilities on earnings managements in foods and beverages subsector manufacturing company list on Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2018-2021 periodic. Population in these studies were 30 company and samples of 11 company with periodic of 4 years. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. Methods use is descriptive analyst and panel data regressions analysis following by auto correlation test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and correlation analyst. Results of these studies indicate that simultaneously, variable of deferred tax expense, Free Cashes Flow, profitabilities have no significancy effects on earning managements. Partials test result showing that deferred tax expense, free cash flow, profitability has significancy negative effects on earning managements.

The current industrial environment is in a state of development and innovation must continue. Today's advanced technologies provide significant benefits by facilitating human tasks, enabling the completion of difficult and complex tasks in the short term. The purpose of this study was to find out information about product quality, price, and brand image on the decision to purchase an iPhone 11 smartphone within the scope of the Indonesian Christian University Management Study Program Student/I Faculty of Economics and Business. Obtaining information in this study from questionnaires and distributed to 50 respondents by making the respondents according to the character by means of purposive sampling. This study uses data processing by means of analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t test, F test, classical assumption test. Tests are carried out to find out information about each variable. The findings from the study state that price has a significant significant effect on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable also provides significant significance. All variables influence the decision to purchase the iPhone 11 smartphone by 78%, the rest of the unaccounted points come from variables not included in this study. The conclusion of this study is that the variables studied provide significance in the conditions of purchasing decisions made.

Work environments and work motivations are issues that need attention in a company. The work environments and work motivations that is lacking in the company will be related to employee performances and will result in employees being less enthusiastic and will affect employee performances, which will result in a decrease in employee performances. However, if the work environments and work motivations are good, it will have a good effect on employee performances. The purpose and focus of these studies are to analyze whether or not there is a relationships between the work environments and employee performances, and to analyze whether or not there is a relationships between work motivations and employee performances at Matahari Departmen Store Metropolitan Mall Cileungsi. data collections were carry out by distribute questionnaire to 54 respondents using SPSS 27 Version data processing assistance. The result of these studies indicating that (1) there is a relationships between the work environments and employee performances at Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Cileungsi, the rank spearman correlations coefficient of 0.338 is obtained and a significancy result of 0.000 is less than 0.05, so the results of this calculation can be concluding that there is a significancy relationships between work environments variable on employee performances. (2) there is a relationships between work motivations and employee performances at the Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Cileungsi and a Spearman rank correlations coefficient of 0.639 is obtained and a significance result of 0.000 is less than 0.05, so the result of these calculations may be concluding that there is a significancy relationships between variables work motivations on the performances of Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Cileungsi employees.

Abstract

These studies aim to examine and analyze effects of profitabilities and transfer prices on tax aggressiveness. The independent variable use are profitabilities and transfer prices. The dependent variables use is tax aggressiveness. The populations in these studies are companies in consumers good industries from 2017 to 2021 on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The secondary data collections method in which data is quantitative in form of financials report access through www.idx.co.id, the official IDX website. The sample in these studies were 25 company during observation periods of 5 consecutive year so that total samples was 125. The method of analyst of these studies use multipled linear regressions. The result of these studies indicate that profitability affects tax aggressiveness and transfer prices affect tax aggressiveness. Meanwhile, profitability and transfer price simultaneously influence tax aggressiveness. the coefficient of determination's findings indicate 13.9%. These result indicating abilities of independent variables to explained dependent variables while 86.1% is explain by another variable.
