Kebutuhan dasar manusia salah satunya adalah rumah (papan). Kebutuhan akan rumah sangat penting untuk dirasakan oleh masyarakat seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk, oleh karena itu perusahaan pengembang berlomba-lomba untuk menggarap permintaan akan kebutuhan perumahan agar dapat terpenuhi terutama pada kebutuhan rumah tipe sederhana. Persyaratan perumahan yang ideal adalah harus dapat memenuhi persyaratan sebagai rumah yang sehat, oleh karena itu penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendapatkan pengertian yang lebih baik dalam penerapan syarat rumah sehat pada rumah tipe sederhana pada kawasan real estate dengan batasan meneliti apakah rumah tipe sederhana pada kawasan tersebut sudah memenuhi syarat sebagai rumah sehat?

Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara metode pengumpulan data serta literatur dengan deskripsi konseptual. Dari hasil analisa penelitian, pada umumnya bangunan rumah sederhana yang ada pada kawasan real estate di Indonesia yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai rumah sehat berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No. 829/MENKES/SK/VII/1999 adalah sebesar 72,7%.

Abstract

One of the basic human needs is a house (board). The need for housing is very important to be felt by the community along with population growth, therefore development companies are competing to work on the demand for housing needs so that they can be met, especially in the needs of simple types of houses. The ideal housing requirements must be able to meet the requirements as a healthy home, therefore this study seeks to get a better understanding in the application of healthy house requirements to simple type houses in real estate areas with the limitation of researching whether the simple type house in the area has met the requirements as a healthy house?

The method used is a combination of data collection methods and literature with conceptual descriptions. From the results of research analysis, in general simple house buildings in real estate areas in Indonesia that meet the criteria as healthy homes based on the Decree of the Minister of Health no. 829/MENKES/SK/VII/1999 is 72.7%.
